Service Fees

Insurance
I currently am IN NETWORK with the following providers:
- Aetna
- Independence Blue Cross
- Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Compsych
- United Health Care
I am considered OUT OF NETWORK for all other insurances at this time.
Therapy
I am currently taking insurance clients and clients willing to pay out of pocket and submit receipts for insurance reimbursement (if interested).
I can provide a monthly receipt statement of services billed that you may submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement rates vary by insurance company and plan. Please check with your individual insurance carrier regarding reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
You are responsible for full payment at time of service, unless a different payment system is agreed upon during the initial session.
Assessments
I firmly believe in individualized and comprehensive assessments based on your or your child's needs. Therefore, the cost of the evaluation varies depending on what domains are being evaluated.
All evaluations include the intake, collaboration with the treatment team, observations (if appropriate), records review, material fees, administration of an individualized battery of tests, scoring and interpreting the test results, writing a report, and personalized feedback sessions.
You will be responsible for the entire evaluation cost, which can be given in installments if desired. You will receive an itemized receipt to pursue insurance reimbursement (if out of network).
During initial phone consultation, we will discuss your individualized assessment needs and subsequent cost.
Private Pay Evaluations range from $1,800 to $3,500 depending on type of evaluation needed.
Good Faith Estimate
Individuals who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services for one year of treatment
I will give you a Good Faith Estimate at least one day before our intake session. You can also ask me, or any other provider, for a Good Faith Estimate at any time during your treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
